Try not to use singaleuse plastic thats plactic that you can only be used ones then you have to frow it away. Try use reyouabull -water botals, cuntaners and so on if every one trys it can make a big difrance.

Try not to use polystyrene it can split into lots of litile pecec and cose lots of damge to the envamant.
