Endangered due to deforestation

Some endangered animals are not endangered from hunting but from their homes being chopped down!

Eighty percent of Earth's land animals and plants live in forests, and deforestation threatens animals like orang-utans, Sumatran tigers, many species of birds and much more. Deforestation destroys the forests where animals live. This not only destroys their homes, but also leaves them vulnerable to poachers!
Deforestation means less food to eat and less shelter, making life very difficult for the animals that live there. 137 species of animals are becoming extinct each day, which adds up to 50,000 species disappearing every year because of deforestation!
